A SPEEDY OUTLOOK: There are many timesaving shortcuts in Outlook. Here are a few employees can use every day:

The quick switch: Switch from inbox to calendar to contacts with this two-button trick. Use CTRL+1 to switch to the inbox, CTRL+2 for calendar, CTRL+3 for contacts and CTRL+4 for Tasks.

Spell check: Start spell check on the current item by pressing the F7 key.

Check names – use CTRL+K to check names/e-mail addresses in your messages.
