What that means: Bays' duties as a developer for the PeopleSoft Financial system include writing code for programs, trouble shooting processes and programs, cleaning up corrupted data and serving as the backup to the team manager.
Notable: Within the past year, she helped develop new programs to clean the university's vendor file in the financial system, identifying data to be corrected, making the corrections and moving data for security purposes. The project was developed, tested and completed in a short time and without any system downtime affecting normal business hours.

What that means: One of Holland's most important tasks is documenting artwork through photography and teaching others how to document their own work. The combined enrollment of art and design is about 850 students. He works with all of them.
Notable: In addition to his regular responsibilities, Holland often assists with special projects within and outside the school. When Peter Thompson, former dean of fine arts, designed the stained glass windows for the Bales Organ Recital Hall, Holland translated the original drawings to line transparencies for the glassmakers. He has also produced thousands of photos for University Theatre.
