Alumni center creates campus TGIF events

The Kansas Alumni Association, Kansas Union and Chancellor Robert Hemenway invite faculty and staff to celebrate Fridays this fall at the Adams Alumni Center.

Colleagues from across campus are invited to a casual gathering with free soft drinks and specially priced beer and wine, courtesy of the Alumni Association, along with light hors d’oeuvres provided by the Union. Occasional special guests will provide brief, informal presentations.

TGIF events will be from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on the second floor of Adams Alumni Center. Dates scheduled are Sept. 10, 17; Oct. 1, 22, 29; Nov. 5, 12, 19; and Dec. 3, 10, 17.
