Ragin’ Cajun

Political strategist James Carville speaks during a Lied Center performance on March 29. Student Union Activities and Student Senate brought Carville to campus for the 2004 Student Lecture Series. Carville is an author and speaker, and he is co-host of CNN’s Crossfire. Sometimes called the “Ragin’ Cajun,” Carville is an outspoken political strategist who achieved notoriety after his consulting firm, Carville & Begala, helped elect President Bill Clinton in 1992. Carville later served as a senior political adviser to the president.
