Sushi Anyone?

Ma Hla displays sushi prepared for sale at The Market in the Kansas Union. The new menu selection, spurred by student feedback to recent surveys and industry trends, has been well received on campus. AFC Corp. in Rancho Dominguez, Calif., runs the operation. More than a dozen varieties of sushi are available, all prepared fresh daily. Sushi also can be made to order. Three specially trained chefs help prepare the sushi, which is prepared and chilled before being rolled. The Market, located on Level 3 of the Kansas Union, is open from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
