The Schiefelbusch Institute for Life Span Studies offers its 121 affiliated researchers in Lawrence, Kansas City and Parsons a way to stay in touch as a research community.
“LSI Lifeline Online,” the institute’s e-mail and Web-based newsletter since May 2001, provides current information about the Life Span Institute and related events. Visitors to the site will find features about the institute, reports on news coverage it has received, and publications by and honors awarded to institute researchers and staff members, as well as up-to-date news about products and projects development. The site also serves as a clearinghouse for back issues of the newsletter and links to the Life Span Institute’s home page, research projects, and faculty and staff directory. Karen Henry, communications coordinator for the institute, serves as the site’s editor. For more information, call 864-0756.
