Holiday ’Hawk

Children crowd around Baby Jay at this year’s annual children’s holiday party, presented by the Center for Community Outreach. More than 750 Lawrence-area children attended this year’s event, which was held Dec. 3 in the Kansas Union ballroom. Children received presents and were invited to eat, make crafts and visit with Santa as well as Baby Jay. About 225 students volunteered to participate in this year’s party. R.
