on the move to Anschutz KU's Government Documents Library, housed on the 6 th floor of Malott Hall since 1989, will move this month into Anschutz Library. Government documents material will be shelved on Anschutz levels 2 and 4. The documents reference collection will move to level 3 of Anschutz and become part of the Anschutz Reference Collection. All current Anschutz collections on levels 2 and 4 will be shifted, with a large part of the science collection being transferred into Anschutz 2 North. Staff who have worked in the Government Documents Library will move to Anschutz. The University of Kansas Libraries have been a U.S. Federal documents depository since 1869, and have accumulated two million items from the U.S. federal government. Since 1976, they have been the Regional U.S. Federal Depository for the State of Kansas. For more information, go online at www.lib.ukans.edu/. |
