MUSIC ON FILM:
John Tibbetts, associate professor of theatre and film, explores the lives of composers chronicled in film in his book
Composers in the Movies. The book explores classical and popular composers and biographical films, or "biopics," from Europe and the United States. Tibbetts explores how historically accurate such films are and examines what types of strategies have been used to visually represent the creative process.
