Notable: Meyer developed "Walk-Ins Welcome Fridays," a program in which anyone who wishes can utilize the museum's collections without prior appointment on Fridays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and puts in extra time for it.

What that means: Gonce is responsible for managing the office, supervising student hourly employees, maintaining student and departmental records, and assisting faculty and students. She also manages student admissions, student records, graduate student plans of study, accreditation records, tenure documents, the alumni newsletter, room reservations and more.
Notable: Gonce is credited with making the department a successful one. Within the past year, she has reorganized the office and created filing systems that are more accessible and understandable for all.
